WARRANTY:

All our products are covered by a 2 year guarantee.
The duration of the guarantee that Esca e Pesca offers you is generally that offered by the Manufacturers/Importers. If this warranty is less or more than 2 years it is specified in the product data sheet.
The guarantee is not activated if the customer has carried out repairs or modifications to the product without our. authorization.
In all cases the guarantee is activated starting from the date of shipment which is found on the document accompanying the goods (Packing List). To take advantage of the guarantee, the article must be sent, with shipping costs borne by the customer, to our. site. We will arrange for the return of the repaired or replaced product to the customer at our expense.
Attention! small accessories and consumables can never be guaranteed.

Warranty disclaimer (no warranties can be given in the following cases):

Defects or damage caused by misuse, dropping and bumps;
Defects or damage caused by improper maintenance or repairs;
Defects or damage caused by acts unrelated to the fishing activity, such as intentional destruction;
Defects or damages caused on the final parts of the stem of the rod (tip);
Changes or deterioration of the artificial parts of the product due to ageing;
If the receipt is not present (and, in some cases, accompanied by a guarantee coupon).
