Shipping your package
When ordering, the various couriers we use will be displayed in the shopping cart with which you can receive the goods ordered. The customer can choose based on the price or delivery times indicated for each forwarder. Shipping costs are free for orders received in Italy for amounts over 99.00 euros excluding the smaller islands.
To be considered € 3.50 additional charges for any threshold if the payment is for cash.
You will pay the goods to the courier upon receipt of the same.
The courier will deliver the goods to your office and is the only one to accept payment in cash only (checks of any kind are not accepted).
The maximum amount accepted for cash on delivery by our Courier is 500 Euro.
Prevented orders will be shipped within 3/4 working days from receipt, EXCEPT STOCK IN STOCK in the event the goods will be shipped within 7 days. working after informing the customer of the expected shipping times. Escaepescashop also offers the "SATISFIED or REFUNDED" guarantee, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22 May 1999. With this guarantee, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, without specifying the reason, within 10 working days. from receipt of goods. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a RECOMMENDED A.R. in Esca and Pesca SaS - Via Aurelia Nord, 136 - 55045 PIETRASANTA (Lucca). The communication can also be sent by fax to the number 0584 70472 provided it is confirmed, by registered letter A.R., within 48 (forty eight) hours after sending the fax. The costs of returning the goods are TOTALLY LOANED BY THE CUSTOMER, parcels are not accepted on delivery, the customer must return the goods in its original packaging. Once received the products (and verified their integrity) Esca e Pesca SaS will provide, within 30 days from the return of the goods, to the reimbursement of the cost of the goods, provided that the costs of sending and returning the package are charged to the customer and therefore not refundable.
The customer also has the right to cancel an order within 12 hours of receipt of the confirmation email by sending an e-mail or calling customer support at 0584 70472 from Monday to Friday 09.00-12.30 and from 15.30- 19.30.
