Shipping your package

When ordering, the various couriers we use will be displayed in the shopping cart with which you can receive the goods ordered. The customer can choose based on the price or delivery times indicated for each forwarder. Shipping costs are free for orders received in Italy for amounts over 199.00 euros excluding the smaller islands.

To be considered € 3.50 additional charges for any threshold if the payment is for cash.

You will pay the goods to the courier upon receipt of the same.

The courier will deliver the goods to your office and is the only one to accept payment in cash only (checks of any kind are not accepted).

The maximum amount accepted for cash on delivery by our Courier is 500 Euro.

Prevented orders will be shipped within 3/4 working days from receipt, EXCEPT STOCK IN STOCK in the event the goods will be shipped within 7 days. working after informing the customer of the expected shipping times. Escaepescashop also offers the "SATISFIED or REFUNDED" guarantee, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22 May 1999. With this guarantee, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, without specifying the reason, within 10 working days. from receipt of goods.
